Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world. Innovation is not the product of logical thought, although the result is tied to logical structure. It is a miracle that curiosity survives formal education. The difference between what the most and the least learned people know is inexpressibly trivial in relation to that which is unknown. It should be possible to explain the laws of physics to a barmaid. The human mind has first to construct forms, independently, before we can find them in things.
