Know people for who they are rather than for what they are. Just because something is tradition doesn't make it right. In order to succeed you must fail, so that you know what not to do the next time. If you talk the talk, you damn well better walk the walk. If you believe that discrimination exists, it will. Give more than take. Don't reinvent the wheel, just realign it. Continually strive to improve yourself. Build your reputation by helping other people build theirs. You must first get along with yourself before you can get along with others. |
