Then when you have finished the prayer, remember Allah standing and sitting and reclining; but when you are secure (from danger) keep up prayer; surely prayer is a timed ordinance for the believers. (The Women 4.103) So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (The Immunity 9.5) Thereupon his Lord accepted his prayer and turned away their guile from him; surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing. (Lugman 31.4) Those who keep up prayer and spend (benevolently) out of what We have given them. (The Accessions 8.3) Those who, should We establish them in the land, will keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and enjoin good and forbid evil; and Allah's is the end of affairs.
