Courage is the first of human qualities because it is the quality which guarantees the others. A fanatic is one who can't change his mind and won't change the subject. The greatest lesson in life is to know that even fools are right sometimes. The empires of the future are the empires of the mind. Men stumble over the truth from time to time, but most pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing happened. History will be kind to me for I intend to write it. Sure I am of this, that you have only to endure to conquer. You have only to persevere to save yourselves. A hopeful disposition is not the sole qualification to be a prophet.
