Second, have the necessary means to achieve your ends; wisdom, money, materials, and methods. Third, adjust all your means to that end. For what is the best choice for each individual is the highest it is possible for him to achieve. Happiness depends upon ourselves. Happiness is a sort of action. Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence. He who is to be a good ruler must have first been ruled. Hope is a waking dream.
